1. Preparation work before starting the laser welding machine
Check the power supply of the laser welding machine, whether the water circulation system is normal; check whether the gas connection of the equipment in the equipment is normal; check whether there is dust, spots, oil stains, etc. on the surface of the equipment.
2. Laser welding machine on/off
Laser welding machine start: connect the power supply, turn on the main power switch; turn on the chiller, laser generator, etc. in sequence; open the argon valve, adjust the powerful gas flow; enter the main parameters of the work to be performed at present; perform welding operations.
Laser welding machine standby: exit the program, turn off the laser generator; turn off the dust collector, chiller and other equipment in sequence; turn off the argon cylinder valve; turn off the main power switch.
3. Common problems in the safe use of laser welding machines
During the operation process, if you encounter an emergency (water seepage, abnormal sound from the laser generator, etc.), you must immediately press the reverse button and quickly turn off the power supply; be sure to turn on the external cooling water power switch of the laser welding before operation. Because the laser generator system adopts the cooling water method and the laser generator adopts the air cooling method, if the cooling system fails, it is forbidden to start the work.
Do not disassemble any components in the equipment at will, do not weld when the equipment protection door is open, do not stare at the laser or reflective laser with your eyes when the laser generator is working, and do not face the laser welding head with your eyes to avoid eye injuries; do not place flammable and explosive materials on the laser light path or in areas where the laser can be irradiated to avoid fire and explosion.
