Quality Control
1

Strict Component Sourcing

We only use certified components from trusted suppliers, including fiber laser sources from international brands, high-speed galvanometers, industrial-grade control boards, and precision optical lenses. Every batch is verified for compliance with performance and safety standards before entering production.

2

Standardized Assembly Process

Each laser marking machine is assembled in a controlled environment following strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Our technicians receive regular training and every assembly station is equipped with precision calibration tools to ensure mechanical and electrical consistency.

3

100% Functional Testing

Every unit undergoes a full functionality test before shipment. This includes beam alignment, marking speed, repeatability, depth accuracy, and compatibility with various materials (metal, plastic, leather, etc.). Any deviation is immediately corrected before packaging.

4

Thermal and Electrical Safety Validation

Our machines are tested for thermal stability under extended operation to prevent overheating and ensure long-term reliability. Electrical safety checks include insulation resistance, grounding continuity, and voltage stress testing to meet CE and ISO standards.

5

Long-Term Reliability Simulation

To simulate long-term use, we run each model through endurance testing at full power. This process reveals any hidden issues such as overheating, circuit fatigue, or galvanometer drift. Only machines passing our continuous-operation threshold are cleared for delivery.

6

Traceable Quality Records

Each laser machine has a unique serial number linked to a full quality control report. This record includes inspection results, component sources, and technician logs-ensuring traceability and accountability for every delivered unit.

7

Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) Before Delivery

We support remote or onsite customer acceptance testing for customized machines. You can verify marking performance, test your product samples, and confirm software configurations. Machines are only shipped once the customer is fully satisfied.
