3D UV laser engraving machines are an excellent platform for demonstrating their technical advantages by engraving inside crystal glass. This is often called "crystal engraving" or "3D laser engraving".This is a magic machine that can transform any image or idea into a permanently suspended 3D artwork inside crystal glass.

Nonlinear Absorption (Cold Processing):

Crystal glass is transparent to common infrared lasers, so the energy passes directly through, making it impossible to carve.

UV laser photons have high energy. When precisely focused onto a tiny spot within the glass, their energy density reaches a high enough level to break the chemical bonds in the glass, creating tiny cracks or compositional changes, resulting in a micron-sized white dot. This process generates virtually no heat, representing "cold processing," and does not cause the glass to break.

3D Dynamic Focusing:

Under computer control, the laser focus can be moved freely within the three-dimensional space (X, Y, and Z axes) within the crystal glass.

The system deposits tens of thousands, or even millions, of dots at varying depths and positions. This array of tiny white dots visually creates a three-dimensional image or text.

Simply put: It's like "painting" a three-dimensional picture inside the crystal, stroke by stroke, using countless tiny "snowflake dots" as pixels.
