This high-precision, high-efficiency, non-contact permanent marking solution is suitable for a variety of applications, including industrial manufacturing, precision machining, and customization.

Using 355nm short-wavelength ultraviolet laser, it is specially designed for ultra-fine cold processing and solves the problem of permanent marking of heat-sensitive materials, highly reflective metals and polymer materials.

 

Repair welding: Demonstrate broken chain repair, earring repair welding, claw setting reinforcement, etc.

Non-destructive repair is the biggest advantage of laser welding over traditional flame welding, directly creating economic benefits and reputation for clients.

Broken Chain Repair:
Necklaces and bracelets that break unexpectedly, often with complex links (such as melon seed chains, box chains, and ripple chains), are difficult to repair with traditional methods and are prone to leaving marks.
The laser can precisely focus on the tiny break in a single link, achieving a perfect connection without damaging surrounding links or welds. The repaired joint is highly strong, and the weld is virtually invisible, achieving a "spotless repair."

Ear Stud Repair:
Scenario: The base of an earring stud breaks due to long-term wear or ripping, a common repair procedure.
Precisely locating the connection between the stud and the earring plate eliminates the need for overall heating, preventing heat-sensitive gemstones (such as emerald and tanzanite) from chipping or devitrification due to high temperatures. The weld is secure and perfectly shaped.

Prong Setting Reinforcement and Repair:
Ring prongs can become thinner, deformed, or even broken due to long-term wear, posing a risk of the main stone falling out. Traditional methods require removing and resetting the gemstone, which is risky and time-consuming.
Solution: Without removing the gemstone, fine prongs can be directly reinforced with filler or welded. The laser's minimal heat-affected zone avoids damaging the gemstone, significantly improving repair safety and efficiency.

Bracelet Band Resize: After shortening or lengthening, seamless butt welding is performed. After the weld is finished, the joint can be machined and polished in the same way as the original.
