Operation sequence
1. Turn the emergency stop switch on the front panel clockwise;
2. Turn on the air switch on the rear panel of the device, turn on the power supply of the device, and wait for 10 seconds to complete the software initialization;
3. Input the laser output power, the swing frequency and swing amplitude of the galvanometer through the LCD panel;
4. Clamp the workpiece clamp on the workpiece or plate to be processed;
5. Short-circuit the welding torch head and the workpiece clamp, and simulate the processing process through the red light;
6. Press the button of the welding gun head to output the laser for welding;
7. After processing is completed, release the button of the welding torch head and turn off the laser;
8. If the current parameter is suitable for the current workpiece, the parameter can be stored on the display screen, and it can be directly recalled next time.
9. If you need to adjust the process parameters, repeat steps 3~7.
