HJZ Fiber Laser Engraver 50W is a high-performance industrial-grade marking system designed for precision, durability, and versatility. Equipped with a Raycus fiber laser source (a leading Chinese brand known for reliability1510), this machine delivers exceptional speed and clarity on metals and various plastics. It is ideal for deep engraving, high-contrast annealing, and fine detail marking across industries like automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and electronics.
The fiber laser engraver operates by generating a high-intensity 1064nm wavelength laser beam from the Raycus laser source. This beam is directed through a high-speed galvo scanning system to precisely control its movement on the X and Y axes.
The concentrated laser energy interacts with the material surface. For deep engraving, it causes instantaneous vaporization (ablation) of the material, removing layers to create depth. For annealing marks (black/dark contrasts on metals like stainless steel), the heat alters the surface properties through oxidation without significant material removal. The computer-controlled process allows for unmatched precision and repeatability.
*(For 3D surfaces, an optional Z-axis or 3D dynamic focus system can be added to maintain consistent focus and mark quality across uneven contours
