How UV laser engraving machine works:

This system operates on the principle of"on-the-fly" marking. As products move continuously on the conveyor belt, the machine's advanced galvanometer scanner head and precise synchronization software control the laser beam. The UV laser interacts with the target material through a photochemical process called "cold ablation." This process efficiently breaks down the molecular bonds of the material without generating significant heat, thereby vaporizing it minimally to create a smooth, clear mark.
Synchronous Tracking: The device integrates high-precision sensors (such as photoelectric sensors and encoders). When the sensors detect a product entering the marking area, the marking system is immediately triggered.
Dynamic Positioning: The system uses an encoder to obtain real-time information about the conveyor or production line speed and synchronizes this speed signal to the marking head's galvanometer system. The galvanometers (high-speed rotating mirrors) dynamically adjust the laser beam's focus position based on the product's real-time position, ensuring that the laser spot "catches up" and "follows" the moving product during engraving.
