Pen laser coding machine

Positioning and triggering: A sensor detects when the workpiece is in position and sends a signal.
Synchronous marking:
The conveyor stops (intermittently) or moves continuously at a constant speed (true on-the-fly marking, a more advanced process).
The rotary axis starts, driving the pen to rotate at high speed.
The laser marking head inscribes the pen's cylindrical surface (brand logo, model number, or pattern).
Because the workpiece is rotating, the laser only needs to move in the Y-axis to complete the circular marking, achieving extremely high speed.
After coding is completed, the conveyor moves to the next station, the clamp releases, and the workpiece is unloaded.
