1)Automatic focusing system:

During thick plate cutting, through software control and real-time zooming, fast perforation and no explosive hole can be realized.

 

2)Unique blowing method:

reduces the pollution of auxiliary gas to the lens during cutting and greatly prolongs the service life of the lens.

 

 

3)Imported optical focusing lens:

is adopted, focusing lens F = 125 mm. Precz Special Laser Cutting Head. The cutting ability and cutting stability are greatly improved.

 

4)Z-axis automatic tracking system:

Z-axis up and down device is to realize the up and down movement of cutting head. The up-and-down movement of the cutting head is completed by controlling a servo motor by a numerical control system, and the motor drives a ball screw to drive a Z-axis sliding plate to reciprocate up and down, with a Z-axis stroke of 100mm;; Proximity switches are used at the upper and lower ends to control the stroke, and elastic buffer pads are arranged at both ends of the ball screw to ensure the safety of movement.

 

 

5)Beam:

light weight, small inertia, strong rigidity and good shock absorption. After rough machining and strict aging treatment, it is made by precision machining. Due to the small weight of the moving part, it has the characteristics of small inertia, high running speed and high machining accuracy. The transmission form is gear and rack transmission. The crossbeam is installed on the support guide rail of the lathe bed, and the guide guide rail is installed on the crossbeam, and fast movement and feed movement are realized through bilateral servo motors.

 

6)Sliding seat:

The sliding seat is made of cast aluminum. The transmission mode is gear rack transmission. The sliding seat is driven by servo motor on the linear guide rail to realize fast movement and feed movement. Supporting rack and pinion are professionally manufactured in Sweden with precision up to DIN H grade. The linear guide rail is made of Taiwan silver, with DIN H grade precision, to ensure that the laser cutting machine can maintain extremely excellent precision under the condition of high speed cutting.

 

7)Pneumatic system (SMC, Japan):

Various control valves and proportional control valves are installed in the air source cabinet and air circuit system to control the pressure and flow rate of each circuit of gas electrically. The main auxiliary gases for laser in the gas circuit are O2, N2, compressed air, etc. Auxiliary gas is used for cutting different materials, such as O2 for cutting ferrous metals and other uses, N2 is mainly used for cutting stainless steel, and its cutting edge is non-oxidized edge. Compressed air is mainly used for high-pressure cutting of thin plates to reduce operating costs.

 

8)The pipe matrix:

is integrally welded and processed through high temperature failure. Comprises a base, gear rack transmission, a main chuck, a fixed chuck and a servo system. With flat cutting machine, it can cut all kinds of square tubes, round tubes and rectangular tubes in three dimensions.

11) Control System:
